Run the company without being the company.
For owners who are still the dispatcher, the closer and the fixer, and for the general managers they are handing the business to. Operator-led coaching over video.
What we work on
The handoff that actually holds
We pick the one outcome that matters most in the next 90 days and build toward it. These are the topics that usually come up.
Handing the business to a GM
What the owner keeps, what moves, and how you both know it moved. Decisions, money and customers each need a clear owner.Delegation that sticks
Writing down what good looks like so the work comes back done, not half done, and not to you.Supervisors and the first hire
Turning your best tech into a good lead without losing your best tech. Hiring the first person who is not you.One-on-ones and meetings that hold
A weekly rhythm with the numbers that matter, so problems surface on Monday instead of in an angry call.Dispatch, scheduling and handoffs
Where jobs fall between the office and the field, and one change that stops the leak.Pricing and the customer experience
Whether your prices and your follow-up match the company you are trying to become.

Questions
Straight answers
- Who is this for?
- Owners of home service companies who still fix everything themselves, and the general managers, operations managers and office managers they have put in charge, or are about to. It is open to companies based in the United States.
- What does it cost?
- It is scoped and quoted in writing before anything starts, in US dollars. There is no free call; tell me about the business in the form and I reply personally, usually within two business days.
- Do you coach the owner, the GM, or both?
- Either, or both together. The hardest part of a handoff is usually the conversation between the two, so I often work with them in the same session.
- Have you run a home service company?
- I have led operations and growth at a company of more than 100 people, and I coach owners and managers on that kind of work. I am not a plumber or an electrician, and I will not pretend to know your trade. I know how a business that depends on dispatch, crews and customers runs well or does not.
- Is it online?
- Yes. It runs over video, so it works anywhere in the US. Launch League is based in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada.
