For students and parents · Northeast Ohio

“I don't know” is not the problem.

We ask teenagers to pick a future before they have had the chance to try anything. The Future Ready Sprint is six weeks of one-to-one coaching, over video, that fixes that. For ages 13 and up.

What your teenager gets

Six weeks, one person, real next steps

  1. A parent conversation and a private setup

Twenty minutes with you first. Then you and your teenager each answer a short questionnaire separately, so I hear both sides.
  2. A written brief before the first session

Where you and your teenager agree, where you see them differently, and which kinds of work are worth exploring, with the answers that put them there.
  3. Six weekly one-to-one sessions

Careers that fit what I heard, the honest route into each, and homework that involves the real world.
  4. Conversations with people who do the work

I teach your teenager how to ask, and make introductions from my network. I will tell you plainly which ones are confirmed, and I am building my Northeast Ohio network as I go.
  5. A plan in their own words

A 30, 60 and 90-day plan written by your teenager, short enough to use, and a written summary for you with a check-in at 90 days.

Price and promises

What it costs, and what I stand behind

Founding price for the first 10 Northeast Ohio families. After that it is US$1,695, and founding families keep what they paid.

Future Ready Sprint, 6 weeks

US$1,295

Three monthly payments of US$450, US$1,350 in total, US$55 more than paying once.

After we have talked, I send a US-dollar invoice or payment link. You pay nothing when you apply.

The two-session guarantee

Do the first two sessions. If you don't think it's worth it, tell me and you get the whole fee back. No form, no argument.

The Career Clarity Guarantee

If your teenager comes to all six sessions and does the between-session tasks, and doesn't finish with a written plan and at least two conversations with people doing the work, I keep coaching them free until they do. The conversations happen over video, with people from my network, and in Northeast Ohio wherever I can find them.

Parents apply for anyone under 18. I do not ask for your teenager's name or date of birth here. Ages 13 and up.
