The short version.

Launch League is operated from Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. By using launchleague.us you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older to use Launch League. A parent or guardian must apply for anyone under 18, and is responsible for their teenager's participation.

The free program

Business 101, the career quiz and the Barberton competition list are free. Coaching is separate, costs extra, and gives no advantage in any competition.

Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee

Career coaching and business coaching are advice and accountability. We do not promise a particular job, school place, income or business result, and we do not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Decisions about a career or a business are yours.

Prices and payment

We tell you the price in US dollars before you pay anything, in writing. Career coaching carries two promises: if you do the first two sessions and do not think it was worth it, you get the whole fee back; and if your teenager completes the program and does not finish with a written plan and two conversations with people doing the work, I keep coaching them free until they do. The Operator Council is joined and paid for on Skool under Skool's terms. Its guarantee: In your first session we write down the one outcome you want in 90 days, in your words. If you do the work and have not reached it at day 90, I keep coaching you, free, until you do. A good starting point is: at least five responsibilities permanently off your plate. It guarantees my time, not your revenue: nobody can promise a result that depends on your market, your team and your decisions.

Your content and ours

What you send us stays yours. We may use what you tell us to reply and to improve our work, but we will not publish anything about you, your business or your teenager without asking you first.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Questions: admin@launchleague.ca.
